The subject matter is currently detained in the Ganxi Tea Oil Factory of Tongdao Dong Autonomous County. 2. After the auction is concluded, the auction subject matter shall be delivered based on its current status at the time of transfer. 3. The descriptions, video materials, pictures, etc. provided for the auction subject matter are for reference only and do not constitute any guarantee for the subject matter. Bidders are requested to carefully inspect the actual condition of the auction subject matter before the auction, investigate whether there are any defects, and make bidding decisions with caution. The deducted deposit shall be used in order to pay for the losses incurred from the resale, make up for the difference if the re-resale price is lower than the original resale price, offset the debts of the person subject to execution in this case, and offset the debts of the person subject to execution related to the auctioned property. 12. If the resale is concluded, in accordance with the provisions of the "Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning Online Judicial Auction by People's Courts" (Fa Shi [2016] No. 18), the Taobao auction platform will generate the corresponding "Confirmation of Successful Online Resale Bidding" and publicize it.
