Regulations to Be Followed When High-Voltage Test Transformer Conducts High-Voltage Test - Yangzhou Darui
Darui Electric recommends for you
High-voltage test transformer regulations to be followed when conducting high-voltage test
1. High-voltage tests should fill in the first type of work ticket. When there are both maintenance and testing in one electrical connection part, fill in one work ticket. However, before the test, permission should be obtained from the maintenance work leader. After the work ticket for high-voltage test is issued in the same electrical connection part, it is forbidden to issue a second work ticket. If the disconnection point between the pressurized part and the maintenance part has sufficient safety distance according to the test voltage, and there is a short circuit on the other side, the series resonance test can be conducted on one side of the disconnection point, while the other side can continue working. However, at this time, a sign "Stop, high voltage danger!" should be hung at the disconnection point, and a dedicated person should be assigned to supervise;
2. High-voltage test work must not be less than two people. The test leader should be an experienced person. Before starting the test, the test leader should explain in detail the safety precautions during the test to all test personnel;
3. When disconnecting equipment joints due to test needs, marks should be made before disassembly, and checks should be carried out after connection;
4. The metal shell of the test device should be reliably grounded. The high-voltage lead should be shortened as much as possible. If necessary, use insulating materials to support it firmly. The power switch of the test device should be a double knife switch with obvious disconnection. To prevent mis-closing and mis-opening, an insulating cover can be added on the blade. The low-voltage circuit of the test device should have two series power switches, and an overload automatic tripping device should be installed;
5. The test site should be equipped with barriers or fences, with a sign "Stop, high voltage danger!" hung outward and someone assigned to guard. If the two ends of the tested equipment are not in the same place, someone should be assigned to guard the other point;
6. Before pressurizing the test transformer, it must be carefully checked that the test wiring, meter multiplier, voltage regulator at zero position, and the initial state of the instruments are all correct. Notify relevant personnel to leave the tested equipment, and obtain the leader's permission before pressurizing. During pressurization, there should be monitoring and chanting. High-voltage test personnel should concentrate during the entire pressurization process, not chat with others, and always be alert for abnormal phenomena. Operators should stand on insulating mats;
7. When changing wiring or ending the test, first disconnect the test power supply, discharge, and short-circuit the high-voltage part of the boosting equipment to ground;
8. For tested equipment with large fuses without grounding wire, discharge first before testing. During high-voltage DC tests, after each stage or at the end, the equipment should be discharged to ground several times and short-circuited to ground;
9. At the end of the test, test personnel should remove the self-installed grounding short-circuit wires, and inspect the tested equipment and clean up the site;
10. Special important electrical tests of test transformers should have detailed test measures and be approved by the production leader in charge (chief engineer).
