Transformer DC resistance is a mandatory test item for semi-finished products, finished product factory tests, installation, major repairs, after changing tap changers, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments in transformer manufacturing.It can check the welding quality of winding joints and whether there are inter-turn short circuits in windings, detect whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap changer is good and whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether the lead wires are broken, and whether there are broken strands in multi-strand parallel winding.
