RTQC-60 Vacuum Pumping Device is mainly used for vacuum pumping and vacuum measurement during installation, operation, and maintenance of porcelain-clad SF6 circuit breakers, instrument transformers, and other SF6 electrical equipment. RTQC-60 is a compact SF6 gas filling and evacuation device, with the entire filling and vacuum pumping system mounted on a very sturdy metal cart frame, allowing it to move smoothly even on gravel roads.
This device is designed according to the DL/T662-1999 "Sulfur Hexafluoride Filling and Recovery Device" standard. It consists of a vacuum pump, pointer-type vacuum gauge, regulating valve, gas transmission pipes, and necessary valves and instrument control components for maintaining SF6 circuit breakers. It has the following main functions:
1. Vacuum pumping and vacuum measurement for SF6 electrical equipment;
2. Filling SF6 gas into SF6 electrical equipment.
