Product Applications
Specifically designed to provide high-purity dry air with dew point as low as -55℃～-70℃ for installation and maintenance of large power equipment such as ultra-high voltage transformers, extra-high voltage transformers, and reactors. It can replace traditional drying methods like hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuum drying, but is more efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly.
During installation and maintenance of power equipment, it is not affected by changes in external climatic conditions—even in rainy seasons, normal construction can proceed. When overnight construction is required, simply seal all flanges and fill with dry air to 0.02～0.03Mpa. This greatly reduces workload, shortens construction period, and improves installation and maintenance quality.
Applications
Using a vacuum generator as the vacuum source, equipped with a 5L vacuum buffer tank, it truly achieves oil-free, noise-free, lightweight, and odorless operation, with noise far lower than ordinary oil-free vacuum pumps. The control cabinet can freely set upper and lower limits and automatically maintain vacuum. (Maximum vacuum can reach -85KPA, flow rate is 75L per minute)
This machine only needs to be connected to AC220V power and plug in the air pump to use. It is simple and quick to operate, can suck in ordinary liquids, and automatically blow them out of the equipment.
Automatic pressure-maintaining oil-free vacuum pump, used for vacuum suction cups, can quickly achieve stable adsorption force, then automatically maintain pressure, energy-saving and low consumption, with stable adsorption force for rapid vacuum creation.

♦ Low dew point of product gas:
The core indicator for measuring dry air generators is the supply dew point; the lower the dew point, the drier the air. Low dew point dry air will adsorb moisture inside the transformer to improve its insulation performance. The SH series dry air integrates compressed drying, refrigerated drying, and adsorption drying, and adopts a multi-stage filtration system. Due to the use of our company's independently developed "strong composite molecular adsorbent", regardless of the moisture content in the air, the dew point of the product gas will quickly drop below -70℃.
♦ High-efficiency filtration system:
Using "gradual density" filtration technology, the filtration precision can reach 0.01μm, with a solid particle retention rate as high as 99.99%. The primary filter has a filtration precision of μm, the secondary filter has a precision of 0.1μm, and the tertiary filter has a precision of 0.01μm.
♦ Completely abandon adsorbent heating regeneration:
The adsorbent adopts a heatless pressure differential fully automatic regeneration method, completely eliminating the need for manual baking of the adsorbent.
