Main Features

Main Features

Compared with some similar products internationally, this machine has the following characteristics:

1. Small size and light weight, being half the weight of similar products.

2. Improved and perfected the design of the crude oil gas separator. Utilizing vacuum oil inlet, a tubular rotary oil sprayer is installed, reducing resistance, increasing rotation speed, and enhancing oil-gas separation effect.

3. Added regeneration and purification function for deteriorated oil. Previous vacuum oil purifiers only removed impurities and moisture; this machine adds a silica gel oil purification system, integrating silica gel oil purification with impurity filtration. For slightly deteriorated transformer oil, after filtering out impurities, it passes through the silica gel purifier for adsorption and regeneration, reaching the standard of qualified oil.

4. Multi-functional in one machine. This is an important feature of this machine. Since it is used on-site and utilizes the original oil-containing equipment as storage tanks, hot oil circulates between the machine and the equipment, allowing three functions—oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying—to be carried out simultaneously, saving labor and time, truly killing three birds with one stone.

Performance Features

1. Vacuum System

Composed of vacuum tank, vacuum pump, condenser tank, liquid collection tank, and air replenishment system. With optimized structural design, it greatly increases the surface area of oil in the vacuum system and maximizes the travel distance of oil in the vacuum system, allowing water and gas in the oil to be fully released. This machine adopts an advanced defoaming system, ensuring that no oil spray phenomenon, commonly seen in similar products, occurs during operation.

2. Filtration System

Adopts three-stage filtration. The coarse filter at the oil suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter. After the pump, two-stage fine filters are installed to quickly achieve high cleanliness of the oil. The filter medium uses special gradient pore size glass fiber material, which can filter particles of different sizes in layers, greatly improving the service life of the filter element. It has a well-designed filter element structure that effectively reduces the surface flow rate of the filter medium and obtains stable filtration precision.

3. Heating System

Adopts segmented and gradual heating, with surface heat load less than 1.0W/cm², preventing oil deterioration due to overheating. Oil temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0-100°C, with automatic control and protection devices. When the oil inlet volume is too low, it automatically stops working to avoid damage to the heater caused by dry burning.

4. Automatic Control System

Uses frequency converters, level transmitters, temperature sensors, vacuum sensors, and a series of automatic control instruments to collect various operating information of the equipment, which is processed by the central processor to automatically control the operation of the entire equipment and monitor its operating status. This machine is equipped with various protection devices (overload protection, overvoltage protection, phase sequence protection, abnormal operation shutdown protection) to ensure safe operation.

5. Overall Structure

The integrated bridge structure reduces the volume. The overall detachable oil tank ensures oil-free floor operation and reduces environmental pollution. Available in mobile, fixed, fully enclosed, and vehicle-mounted models.

Working Principle

The vacuum oil filter is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, coarse filter, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump evacuates the air in the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. External oil, under atmospheric pressure, enters the coarse filter through the oil inlet pipe to remove larger particles, then enters the heating tank. After being heated to 40-75°C, the oil enters the vacuum tank, where water in the oil rapidly evaporates into steam and is continuously drawn by the vacuum pump into the oil-water separator. The steam in the separator is cooled and condensed back into water, which is then discharged. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where particulate impurities are removed through the filter element. This completes the entire process of vacuum filtration to quickly remove impurities, moisture, and gas from the oil, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the outlet.
