Technical Conditions for SF6 Gas Recovery Device
SF6 Gas Recovery, Purification and Filling Device is an integrated recovery device, consisting of a vacuum pumping system, compression system, purification system, storage system, and condensation system. SF6 Gas Recovery, Purification and Filling Device is used in manufacturing plants of SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment, as well as in operation, research, and other departments, for vacuuming various electrical equipment, filling them with SF6 gas, recovering SF6 gas from used or tested electrical appliances, and simultaneously purifying and compressing it for storage in storage tanks. The recovery device is applicable to SF6 electrical appliances of various voltage levels and GIS combined electrical appliances, etc.

The compression system introduces semi-hermetic compressors with foreign compression technology, which have stable performance and a significantly longer service life than before.
The vacuum pumping system uses a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with fast vacuum rate, and the system is equipped with an oil return prevention device.
The purification system adopts the principle filter of Neil Company in the United States. The filter adopts a two-stage built-in electric heating and built-in high-efficiency adsorbent, making the purification effect more significant (no need for frequent replacement of adsorbent).
The electrical system of the device automatically confirms and adjusts the three-phase power supply.
The control system of the device uses SF6 special instruments and valves with the latest patented technology, making the instrument ball valves more reliable than similar products.
The storage system is configured with a liquid storage tank according to user requirements.
The equipment adopts an air-cooled mobile type and can be used without an external water source.
