It is mainly composed of four parts: air source system, refrigeration drying system, adsorption drying system, and electrical control system, forming a mobile high-purity dry air generating device.
Air source system composition: It consists of an air dust filter, an oil-free air pump (or screw-type oil-free air compressor), a radiator (air-cooled), an air-water separator, and filters, outputting clean and oil-free gas.
Refrigeration drying system composition: This device mainly adopts an imported fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration unit, with stable and reliable performance, capable of obtaining greater cooling capacity. The system configuration adopts an imported fully enclosed compressor unit, air heat exchanger, evaporator, air-water separator, and fine filter; during the refrigeration process, R22 refrigerant first passes through the fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration compressor, cooler, desiccant, solenoid valve, and finally returns to the refrigeration compressor through the evaporator, obtaining a low-temperature environment of 0-5°C inside the evaporator.
Electrical control: The main control electrical parts adopt Schneider Electric; the overall electrical performance of the machine is stable, safe, and reliable.
