Overview of Air Drying Generator

The AD-series drying air generator is specially designed to provide high-purity dry air with a dew point as high as -60℃~-70℃ for large power equipment such as transformers and reactors during installation and maintenance. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuum drying, and is more efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly.

When using the AD-series drying air generator for installation and maintenance of power equipment, it is not affected by changes in external climatic conditions, especially for overnight operations. Simply seal the flanges and fill with dry air to 0.02-0.03Mpa. There is no need for oil injection, nitrogen supplementation, or vacuum pumping. Transformers, reactors, and other power equipment will not be affected by moisture, greatly reducing workload, shortening construction periods, and improving installation and maintenance quality. The AD-series drying air generator is also suitable for air drying and circulating drying in warehouses, packaging, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. It is also applicable for nitrogen, hydrogen for generator sets, and drying of SF6 equipment. It replaces traditional drying methods, is efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly. It integrates air compression, cold drying, and adsorption, and is freely movable.

Working Principle

Atmospheric air enters the air storage tank through the air compressor. Most of the moisture is compressed and liquefied, then discharged through the drain valve, achieving the first drying of the air. Then it enters the refrigerated dryer, where water vapor is condensed into water, achieving the second drying. Subsequently, it enters the adsorption dryer for the third drying, where the remaining trace moisture is adsorbed. Finally, it passes through a high-precision air filter and is delivered to the equipment requiring dry gas.
