Main Uses and Main Features of Vacuum Oil Purifier
1. It can be used for on-site oil filtration and oil replenishment of various oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current and voltage transformers, and high-voltage low-oil circuit breakers.
2. It can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above equipment, especially effective for on-site hot oil circulation drying of oil-immersed current and voltage transformers and high-voltage low-oil circuit breakers.
3. It can be used for on-site vacuum oil filling and oil replenishment of sealed oil-immersed equipment, as well as vacuuming the equipment.
4. It can also be used for regeneration and purification of slightly deteriorated transformer oil, bringing its performance up to the standard of qualified oil.
Main Features
1. Small size and light weight.
2. Utilizes vacuum oil inlet, equipped with a tubular rotating oil sprayer, which reduces resistance, accelerates rotation speed, and enhances oil-gas separation effect.
3. Adds regeneration and purification function for deteriorated oil, incorporates a silica gel oil purification system, and integrates silica gel oil purification with impurity filtration into one unit. For slightly deteriorated transformer oil, after filtering out impurities, it passes through the silica gel purifier for adsorption and regeneration, reaching the standard of qualified oil.
4. There are two filtration methods in the oil purifier section: one is the traditional oil filtration method using filter paper as the filtration medium; the other is a special fine filter element that does not require filter paper as the oil filtration medium.
5. One machine with multiple functions. During on-site use, the existing oil-containing equipment is used as the oil storage tank, allowing hot oil to circulate between equipment, thereby simultaneously performing three functions: oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying.
