The ZJB series turbine oil vacuum oil purifier has multiple technologies, integrating vacuum drying, separation engineering technology, coalescence technology, adsorption technology and precision filtration technology. Under high vacuum state, it can quickly and reliably remove water, gas, impurities, colloids, sludge and various pigments from the oil. It also reduces dielectric loss and acid value, improves demulsibility, and comprehensively improves the quality of the oil. It can achieve online operation, automatic water drainage without stopping the machine, making waste oil meet the usage standards of new oil, and is easy to operate.
For example, during long-term operation of steam turbines in power plants and power stations, water, dust and solid particle impurities inevitably mix into turbine oil due to various complex reasons, accelerating oil oxidation, promoting the formation of foam, scale and sludge, causing serious oil emulsification, making oil-water separation difficult, and reducing the oil's lubrication, anti-wear, heat dissipation, cooling and other properties. At the same time, it causes corrosion and wear of metal components in the turbine, affecting the safe operation of the turbine.
