During filtration, dirty oil enters each filter frame through the input channel, and impurities are filtered onto the filter plates through the filter elements, then collected in the output channel and discharged out of the machine. The dirt remains on the surface of the filter paper, and small water droplets in the emulsified oil are absorbed by the capillaries in the filter paper, forming large water droplets that flow to the bottom of the filter bed and are drained from the drain valve at any time. When the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper gradually thickens and the moisture content in the filter paper increases, the filtration resistance increases. When it increases to a certain extent (generally 0.3-0.5 MPa), filtration should be stopped, and after replacing the filter paper, continue to use.

Maintenance
