ZJB series turbine oil vacuum oil purifier has multiple technologies, integrating vacuum drying, separation engineering technology, coalescence technology, adsorption technology, and precision filtration technology. Under high vacuum conditions, it can quickly and reliably remove water, gas, impurities, colloids, sludge, and various pigments from oil. It also reduces dielectric loss and acid value, improves demulsification, and comprehensively enhances oil quality. For example, in power plants and power stations, during long-term operation of steam turbines, water, dust, and solid particle impurities inevitably mix into turbine oil due to various complex reasons, accelerating oil oxidation, promoting the formation of foam, scale, and sludge, causing severe oil emulsification, making oil-water separation difficult, and reducing the oil's lubrication, anti-wear, heat dissipation, cooling, and other properties. Technical Features
Strong ability to remove water and demulsify
The adopted coalescence separation technology and specially designed demulsification device (water separator) can quickly and easily separate large amounts of water from oil, and also facilitate the removal of trace water in oil, making turbid and emulsified oil clear and transparent.
Strong impurity filtration capability with automatic backwash function
This machine adopts multi-stage cartridge filters with strong impurity filtration capability. The coarse filter uses a large-flow cleanable filter element with high filtration efficiency, capable of removing a large amount of impurities in oil; the fine filter adopts "gradual density" technology, with high filtration precision, large dirt-holding capacity, high strength, and long service life, capable of removing fine particles in oil, restoring even heavily contaminated turbine oil to within the "Control Standard for Contamination Level of Operating Turbine Oil". The whole machine is designed with automatic backwash function, which not only improves the continuous working time of the equipment but also ensures the service life of the filter elements.

The independent liquid level automatic control system, temperature constant automatic control system, and electrical automatic protection control system make operation simple, safe, and reliable.
