Overview

● Adopts the design principle of freezing liquefaction, which reduces the working pressure of the system and greatly improves the recovery efficiency.
● The refrigeration compressor can be optionally equipped with an original French imported fully hermetic refrigeration compressor. It can also be upgraded free of charge to a semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor produced by a wholly American-owned enterprise, Emerson-Copeland (performance far exceeds any original imported fully hermetic compressor of the same cooling capacity).
● The SF6 compressor is a semi-hermetic compressor produced by a wholly American-owned enterprise (Emerson-Copeland brand), applied to halogen gases such as SF6, with fluorine resistance characteristics to ensure no leakage.
● The vacuum pump can be optionally equipped with a Japanese Ulvac two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump or a German original Busch, or a wholly German-owned Leybold, etc.
● Dual-container system, SF6 can be liquefied and filled into cylinders, with a filling capacity of no less than 50kg. The single-container recovery device has a cylinder filling capacity of no less than 30kg.
● The dual-container system has an innovative SF6 vaporization method, using high-temperature, high-pressure SF6 gas to force low-temperature, low-pressure SF6 liquid into cylinders, with short filling time and large filling capacity.
● Can use a column-type liquid level gauge, providing intuitive and accurate SF6 liquid level indication. The liquid level has backlight indication, clear and easy to read.
● The liquid storage container is built-in with a high-power SF6 vaporization electric heater. During use, automatic temperature control is performed to fully vaporize the SF6 for external gas filling.
● Excellent imported (American) oil mist filtration system ensures oil content meets standards. Compressor lubricating oil ensures no need for addition within one year, and the oil level is guaranteed not to drop.
● The molecular sieve drying system has reliable performance. Molecular sieve regeneration does not require disassembly, dismantling, or replacement, and is convenient to use. Only self-regeneration operation of the molecular sieve dryer is needed, and the drying performance can be restored to its original state.
● All ball valves adopt the American Swagelok working principle, and the sealing elements have automatic compensation performance. They are practically applied in vacuum and pressure conditions, ensuring no leakage in both vacuum and pressure, and are special ball valves for both vacuum and pressure use. (American Swagelok original ball valves can also be selected).
● Customized phase sequence protection device, with a withstand voltage of up to 500V, greatly improving reliability.
● Three-phase five-wire power supply, safer and more reliable.
● The flow chart can be drawn on the panel, making operation convenient and intuitive. All ball valves are used, and the open and closed states are clear.
● Adopts air cooling and mobile type, can be used in places without water source.
● The vacuum gauge is a digital display Pirani vacuum gauge.
● High-quality casters for easy movement without damaging the floor.
