The DZJ series turbine oil vacuum oil filter possesses multiple technologies, integrating vacuum drying, separation engineering technology, coalescence technology, adsorption technology, and precision filtration technology. Under high vacuum conditions, it can quickly and reliably remove water, gas, impurities, colloids, sludge, and various pigments from the oil. It also reduces dielectric loss and acid value, improves demulsibility, and comprehensively enhances the quality of the oil. It can operate online, automatically drain water without stopping the machine, making waste oil meet the usage standards of new oil, with simple operation.
For example, during long-term operation of steam turbines in power plants and power stations, water, dust, and solid particle impurities inevitably mix into turbine oil due to various complex reasons, accelerating oil oxidation and promoting the formation of foam, scale, and sludge, causing severe oil emulsification, making oil-water separation difficult, and reducing the oil's lubricating, anti-wear, heat dissipation, and cooling performance. At the same time, it causes corrosion and wear of metal components in the turbine, affecting the safe operation of the turbine.
