Vacuum Oil Filter Usage Method and Instructions

Main Applications

1. On-site oil filtration and oil replenishment for various oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low-oil circuit breakers.

2. On-site hot oil circulation drying for the above equipment, especially effective for oil-immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low-oil circuit breakers.

3. On-site vacuum oil injection and oil replenishment for sealed oil-immersed equipment, as well as vacuuming the equipment.

4. Purification of slightly deteriorated transformer oil to meet the standard for qualified oil.

Main Features

1. Compact size and light weight.

2. Improved and perfected the design of oil-gas separation. Utilizing vacuum oil intake, a tubular rotary oil sprayer is installed, which reduces resistance, increases rotation speed, and enhances the oil-gas separation effect.

3. The filtering medium in the oil purifier part consists of special filter elements, which are tubular filter elements made of non-toxic and odorless felt. The filter elements have a large dirt-holding capacity and high filtration precision.

4. Can be used on-site, utilizing the original oil-containing equipment as an oil storage tank, allowing hot oil to circulate between the machine and the equipment, thereby performing oil filtration and hot oil circulation drying simultaneously.

Working Principle

Vacuum Oil Purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, pre-filter, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. Under atmospheric pressure, external oil enters through the inlet pipe into the pre-filter to remove larger particles, then enters the heating tank. After being heated to 40-75°C, the oil passes through an automatic oil level valve, which automatically controls the balance of oil entering and leaving the vacuum tank. The heated oil is rapidly rotated by the spray wings and separated into a semi-mist state. The moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously drawn by the vacuum pump into the condenser, where it is cooled and condensed back into water for discharge. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter elements. This completes the entire process of the vacuum oil filter rapidly removing impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the outlet.
