SF6 Gas Recovery and Refilling Device
The sulfur hexafluoride recovery device and SF6 (sulfur hexafluoride) gas recovery and refilling device are devices used for recovering and processing SF6 gas during the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of SF6 electrical equipment.
SHLH-7Y-15-50 series SF6 gas recovery and refilling cart device is independently developed by our company, referencing the power industry standard DL/T 662-1999 "Technical Conditions for SF6 Gas Recovery Devices" and the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry standard JB/DQ2588-90 "SF6 Gas Filling and Recovery Devices", as well as referring to world-renowned brand products. This device possesses the functions of general SF6 gas recovery and refilling devices, such as vacuuming, refilling, recovery, and storage.
SF6 gas recovery and refilling cart device features:
1. Adopts the design principle of cryogenic liquefaction, reducing the system's working pressure and greatly improving recovery efficiency.
2. The refrigeration compressor can be optionally equipped with an original imported fully hermetic refrigeration compressor from France's Maneurop. It can also be upgraded for free to a semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor produced by an American wholly-owned enterprise, Emerson-Copeland (performance far exceeds any original imported fully hermetic compressor of the same cooling capacity).
3. The SF6 compressor is a semi-hermetic compressor produced by an American wholly-owned enterprise (Emerson-Copeland brand), applied to halogen gases such as SF6, with fluorine resistance characteristics, ensuring no leakage.
4. The vacuum pump can be optionally equipped with an original German Busch 100m3/h, a German wholly-owned Leybold D60C 60m3/h, or Japanese brand vacuum pumps, as well as domestically produced, time-tested, durable, and cost-effective dual-stage 15L/s vacuum pumps.
5. Dual-container system, SF6 can be liquefied and filled into cylinders, with a filling capacity of no less than 50kg. The single-container recovery device has a cylinder filling capacity of no less than 30kg.
6. The dual-container system features an advanced SF6 vaporization method, using higher-temperature, high-pressure SF6 gas to forcibly fill low-temperature, low-pressure SF6 liquid into cylinders, with short filling time and large filling capacity.
7. Uses a column-type level gauge, providing intuitive and accurate SF6 liquid level indication. The liquid level has backlight indication, making it clear and easy to read.
8. The liquid storage container is equipped with a high-power SF6 vaporization electric heater. During use, temperature is automatically controlled, ensuring full vaporization of SF6 for external refilling
9. Excellent imported (American) oil mist filtration system ensures oil content meets standards. Compressor lubricating oil is guaranteed not to need replenishment within one year, and the oil level is ensured not to drop.
10. The molecular sieve drying system has reliable performance. When regenerating the molecular sieve, there is no need for disassembly, dismantling, or replacement, and it is easy to use. Simply perform self-regeneration operation on the molecular sieve dryer, and the drying performance can be restored to its original state.
11. All ball valves adopt the American Swagelok working principle, with sealing elements having automatic compensation performance. They are practically applied to vacuum and pressure conditions, ensuring no leakage in both vacuum and pressure, and are special ball valves for both vacuum and pressure use. (Original American Swagelok ball valves can also be selected.)
12. Customized phase sequence protection device, with a withstand voltage of up to 500V, greatly improving reliability.
13. Three-phase power supply, neutral wire is not necessary, and the entire machine is equipped with a leakage protector.
14. The flow chart is drawn on the panel, making operation convenient and intuitive. All ball valves are used, and the open and closed states are clear.
15. Adopts air cooling and mobile type, can be used in situations without a water source.
16. The vacuum gauge is a digital display Pirani vacuum gauge.
17. High-quality casters for easy movement without damaging the floor.
