Vacuum oil purifier
Vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the principle that water and oil have different boiling points. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum, and external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipe under atmospheric pressure, removing larger particles, then enters the heating tank. After heating to 40~75°C, the oil passes through an automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of oil entering and leaving the vacuum tank. The heated oil is rapidly rotated by spray wings to separate into a semi-mist state, and the moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor, which is continuously drawn into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and condensed back into water, which is then discharged. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where particulate impurities are filtered out through filter paper or filter elements, thus completing the entire process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, and the clean oil is discharged from the outlet.
1. Small size and light weight.
2. Utilizes vacuum oil intake, equipped with a tubular rotary oil sprayer, reducing resistance, increasing rotation speed, and enhancing oil-gas separation efficiency.
3. Adds regeneration and purification functions for deteriorated oil, incorporating a silica gel oil purification system, and combining silica gel oil purification with impurity filtration into one unit. For slightly deteriorated transformer oil, after filtering out impurities, it passes through the silica gel purifier for adsorption and regeneration, meeting the standard for qualified oil.
4. There are two filtration methods for the oil purifier section: one is the traditional oil filtration method—using filter paper as the filtration medium; the other is using a special fine filter element that does not require filter paper as the oil filtration medium.
5. Multi-functional in one machine. During on-site use, the existing oil-containing equipment is used as an oil storage tank, allowing hot oil to circulate between equipment, thereby simultaneously performing three functions: oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying. This saves labor and time, truly achieving three benefits at once. (end)
