The HY-CT CT Volt-Ampere Characteristic Comprehensive Tester is a dedicated device for testing the characteristics of current transformers (CTs). The instrument adopts an integrated design and can measure parameters such as volt-ampere characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, and secondary winding resistance. It is suitable for on-site testing and laboratory calibration in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and power maintenance departments.
The instrument supports automatic testing of CT volt-ampere characteristic curves and can automatically calculate the knee point voltage and current according to set values. It has a transformation ratio and polarity testing function, which can automatically determine polarity and display the transformation ratio. It can also measure the DC resistance of the secondary winding to assist in judging the winding status. Test data can be stored, queried, and exported to a computer for further analysis.
Output voltage range: 0–1000V (AC RMS); output current range: 0–20A; voltage measurement accuracy: ±0.5%; current measurement accuracy: ±0.5%; resistance measurement range: 0–50Ω, accuracy ±0.5%. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz. Operating environment: temperature -10℃–50℃, relative humidity ≤90%.
The tester is suitable for handover tests, preventive tests, and troubleshooting of current transformers in power plants, substations, distribution rooms, and other places. It can also be used for factory inspection by transformer manufacturers and experimental research in power research institutes.
The instrument adopts a large-screen LCD display with a simple operation interface. It has overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions to ensure testing safety. A built-in rechargeable battery facilitates use in on-site situations without a power supply. It is small in size and light in weight, making it easy to carry.
