Functional Features
The device adopts a continuous marking mechanism, driving the marking needle through a motor to sequentially impact the surface of the steel bar, forming clear and uniform marks. The marking spacing can be achieved by changing gears or adjusting the mechanism, making operation simple and convenient. The marking depth is adjustable to avoid damaging the steel bar from being too deep or causing unclear marks from being too shallow. Instructions for Use
Place the steel bar into the clamping device and lock it, adjust the marking depth, turn on the power, and the device will automatically complete continuous marking. After use, please clean the marking needle and guide rail, and regularly lubricate the moving parts.
