The HDGC-2200 Battery Charge and Discharge Tester is a portable testing device used for daily maintenance and capacity verification of battery packs. This instrument integrates constant-current discharge, intelligent charging, real-time monitoring, and data analysis functions, making it suitable for the maintenance of lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion battery packs in scenarios such as communication base stations, substations, and data centers.
The device supports three discharge modes: constant-current discharge, constant-power discharge, and constant-resistance discharge. The discharge current can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0-300A (the specific range depends on the model configuration). The charging function adopts a three-stage charging strategy, which can perform equalizing charge and floating charge management for battery packs. The instrument has a built-in data storage module that can record parameters such as discharge curves, individual cell voltages, total voltage, current, and temperature, and export them to background software via USB or RS485 interface for capacity analysis.
Applicable battery pack voltage: DC 24V/48V/110V/220V/380V (optional); discharge current accuracy: ±1% FS; voltage measurement accuracy: ±0.5% FS; individual cell voltage acquisition range: 0-16V, supporting simultaneous monitoring of multiple individual cells; working power supply: AC 220V±15%, 50Hz; cooling method: forced air cooling; protection rating: IP20; working environment temperature: -10℃~50℃; relative humidity: ≤90% RH (non-condensing).
This tester is suitable for regular capacity testing of battery packs in power systems, discharge tests for acceptance of new batteries, troubleshooting of faulty batteries, and equalization maintenance of battery packs. In inspection of communication base stations, it can quickly evaluate the actual remaining capacity of backup battery packs; in DC systems of substations, it is used for核对性 discharge tests to help operation and maintenance personnel understand the health status of battery packs.
Before use, please confirm that the battery pack voltage matches the instrument range, and correctly connect the discharge cables and voltage acquisition lines according to the wiring diagram. After starting discharge, the instrument automatically records data and stops when the set termination conditions are reached. After the test is completed, please export the data promptly and disconnect the connection. For detailed operation, please refer to the accompanying manual.
