The DR-8000 Intelligent Salt Density Tester is a portable detection device used to measure equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) on insulator surfaces, suitable for pollution degree assessment of external insulation of power transmission and transformation equipment. The instrument adopts the conductivity method measurement principle, automatically calculates the equivalent salt deposit density by measuring the conductivity and temperature of the cleaning solution, providing data reference for the prevention and control of insulator pollution flashover.
The instrument is equipped with a color LCD touch screen, supports Chinese and English interface switching, and is intuitive to operate. A built-in temperature sensor can automatically perform temperature compensation, reducing the influence of ambient temperature on measurement results. It has a data storage function, can save multiple sets of measurement records, and supports data export via USB interface. It is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, suitable for long-term on-site use. The instrument housing has a protection rating of IP54, providing a certain degree of dust and water resistance.
Measurement range: conductivity 0~200000 μS/cm, equivalent salt deposit density 0~1.0 mg/cm²; measurement accuracy: conductivity ±1% FS, equivalent salt deposit density ±5% reading; temperature measurement range: 0~100 ℃, accuracy ±0.5 ℃; power supply: DC 7.4V lithium battery; display mode: 3.5-inch color LCD screen; data storage: can store 1000 sets of measurement data; working environment: temperature -10~50 ℃, humidity ≤85% RH; dimensions: approximately 200×100×50 mm; weight: approximately 500 g (including battery).
The instrument is suitable for power companies, research institutes, universities, and third-party testing institutions, used for on-site insulator salt density measurement in substations, transmission lines, etc., and can also be used for laboratory analysis of insulator pollution degree. By regularly monitoring salt density values, it can assist in formulating insulator cleaning cycles and provide a technical basis for anti-pollution flashover work.
