The DR-VP300 vacuum pump evacuation unit is a specialized device for vacuum evacuation operations on power equipment, suitable for vacuum evacuation of SF6 gas-insulated equipment, GIS switchgear, transformers, and similar equipment. The unit uses a rotary vane vacuum pump as the core evacuation unit, combined with gas piping, valves, and monitoring instruments, enabling vacuum evacuation of sealed containers.
Evacuation rate: 300 m³/h (different specifications available as options); Ultimate vacuum: ≤10 Pa; Motor power: 7.5 kW; Power supply voltage: Three-phase AC 380V/50Hz; Inlet diameter: DN50; Noise level: ≤75 dB(A); Dimensions: approximately 1200×600×1000 mm; Weight: approximately 280 kg. The equipment is equipped with a vacuum gauge interface for real-time monitoring of system vacuum level.
The unit integrates a vacuum pump, check valve, solenoid inflation valve, vacuum gauge, and control circuit. It features automatic oil return prevention, automatically cutting off the oil circuit when stopped to prevent vacuum pump oil from being sucked back into the evacuated container. The piping is made of stainless steel, and seals are made of corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for SF6 gas environments. The control panel is equipped with start/stop buttons, vacuum level display, and alarm indicators for intuitive operation. Casters are installed at the bottom of the equipment for easy on-site movement.
Suitable for power system installation and maintenance, GIS equipment vacuum evacuation, SF6 gas chamber vacuum evacuation, transformer vacuum drying treatment, and other operational processes. It can be used in substations, switching stations, equipment manufacturing plants, and laboratories. The unit can be used in conjunction with SF6 gas filling devices to complete the vacuum evacuation and gas refilling process.
Before use, check the oil level and piping connections, and confirm that the evacuated container is well sealed. Start the vacuum pump, observe the vacuum level changes, and after reaching the set value, close the valve and stop the machine. Replace the vacuum pump oil regularly and keep the equipment clean.
