TY-100 Mobile Oil Purifier is a device used for purifying industrial lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, and other oils. The device adopts physical filtration, removing solid particles, moisture, and some impurities from oil through multi-stage filter elements. It is suitable for oil maintenance and regeneration treatment in industries such as electric power, machinery, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.
Rated flow rate: 100L/min; Working pressure: 0.3-0.5MPa; Filtration precision: 1-10μm (optional); Power supply voltage: AC380V/50Hz (customizable); Motor power: 2.2kW; Oil inlet/outlet diameter: DN32; Dimensions: approximately 1200×700×1100mm; Equipment weight: approximately 180kg. Applicable oil viscosity range: 10-200cSt (40℃).
1. Multi-stage filtration system: Adopts a combination of primary filtration and fine filtration, effectively intercepting mechanical impurities of different particle sizes. 2. Mobile design: Equipped with universal wheels at the bottom, facilitating flexible movement in workshops or on site. 3. Easy operation and maintenance: Filter element replacement requires no special tools, reducing daily maintenance costs. 4. Stable operation: Key components are industrial-grade, capable of adapting to continuous operation conditions. 5. Optional heating device: For high-viscosity oil, a heater can be added to improve fluidity.
Suitable for insulating oil treatment during transformer maintenance, periodic purification of hydraulic system oil, circulating filtration of lubricating oil for large machinery, and oil transfer filtration for oil depots or oil tanks. Not suitable for highly corrosive liquids or oils containing large amounts of volatile solvents.
Before use, check whether the power wiring and oil pipe connections are secure; after startup, observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure rises abnormally, stop the machine and check whether the filter element is clogged; regularly drain water from the water collection cup; establish a filter element replacement cycle based on the degree of oil contamination. The equipment should be operated in a flat, dry, and ventilated environment.
